A Disappointing Experience with PotentialI recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel that boasts an enviable location but lacks the necessary upkeep to justify its existence as a luxury option. While the restaurant across the car park is a notable highlight, the hotel itself left much to be desired. My room was marred by sizeable cracks and a persistent wet dog odour, making it hard to relax after a long day exploring the local surroundings. the absence of staff at the hotel meant navigating basic needs became a chore, as I had to rely on an indifferent waiter for Wi-Fi access, which was painfully slow. The heating system was inadequate, forcing me to use a plug-in heater. With better investment and attention to detail, this hotel could transform into a sought-after destination, but as it stands, it falls short of offering true value for money. Disappointing overall.
